What is Life is Beautiful Therapeutic Services all about?

LIBTS is a cannabis-friendly mental health/personal well-being provider specializing in treatments to include life coaching and alternative treatments through teleservices (phone, video, chat). LIBTS specializes in anxiety, depression, grief, communication, and stress-related issues. Many of the services offered by LIBTS revolve around message realignment for people experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, and overwhelm who want to learn how to honor themselves and their journey through this life.

LIBTS also prides itself on ensuring that all persons are treated as individuals and honoring each person’s individual needs regardless of gender, orientation, race, nationality, or religion.

LIBTS was born from the desire to empower others in a way that is encouraging and not judgmental. Having worked in mental health since 2004, I have noticed that many individuals present to therapy/coaching with a sense of lack. They have begun to believe that they are not worthy and that they are being judged for their choices in life. This leads them to engage in the process with what I refer to as a version of “white coat syndrome”. I use a blend of traditional therapeutic interventions (ie. CBT, REBT, DBT), energy psychology (ie. EFT/tapping), coaching (ie. goal setting, mindfulness training), and additional treatment practices to decrease negative symptoms and increase YOUR perfect balance in your mental, emotional, and spiritual journey.

Occasionally, LIBTS will offer challenges, surveys, or questionnaires for social engagement. There is no obligation to participate. However, participation is greatly appreciated as it is helpful for professional and community growth.

About Trudy:

My name is Trudy Smith Crow, LCSW. I am a therapeutic social worker, life coach, reiki master, and tapping/EFT practitioner. I have been working in the mental health arena since 2004. I love what I do. The beauty of what I do is that I have been “on the other side of the desk”. I work with individuals who express difficulty with depression/anxiety/grief because I know what it is and how devastating it can be. I enjoy sharing coping strategies with people so that they can move forward and truly begin to live their authentic lives. I work in these areas primarily because I know how it feels to not be understood or not understand the feelings that you are experiencing. I am human, too. I do my best to bring comfort and light to otherwise dark and desperate situations through tried and tested means. I speak to people in simple, easy-to-understand terms without a lot of professional jargon.

I have dealt with tragic losses, both sudden and anticipated. I have dealt with life-affirming health issues. I have dealt with chronic pain. I have learned a lot in the 50+ years I have been on this planet, and I love sharing what I have learned. So, whether you are looking to reach a goal, improve your overall mindset, or tackle the stressors that have impacted you your whole life, I am here and eager to help.

My professional methodology is to “Test before you implement”. Therefore, anything that I may suggest to you is something that I have researched, tried, and evaluated on my own. I wouldn’t expect anyone to do something in their process that I have not explored myself. Finally, for me, the ideal goal in providing services to ANYONE is that they eventually get to where they don’t feel like they need me anymore, whether that takes 3 weeks, 3 months, or 3 years. I want you to live your Beautiful Life with confidence and a sense of empowerment.
